What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
My mission is to volunteer and help the colleague Africans to end fighting and build up thier nations.

Iam a Masters holdre (MBA),working in for development Project in Tanzania,the project is about Capacity Building and it is financed by Finnish Foregn Ministry.
Also attendedn several training in the home Country Tanzania and to other European Countries just to increase my understanding in my daily activities in the Office
