Profile Information

Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs): Raquel S Davenport currently in the MA of Conflict Resolution with Abilene Christian University. She is due to attain her degree Spring, 2013. She currently lives in Cairo, Egypt with her husband. She devotes her time in charity work as counselor and now a conflict resolution trainer and conflict mediator in several refugee organizations in Cairo, Egypt.

Raquel also received extensive counseling trainings while living in Aberdeen, Scotland. She is devoted in helping people sort out their feeling and had made an impact in her clients' lives. She devoted her time to provide free counseling to people especially to those who cannot afford to pay.

Her willingness to make an impact in the world is so vital that she is engage in the society to bring and promote positive change. Her work as a trainer and mediator with non-profits organizations in Egypt would definitely help the refugees perception on how to deal with conflicts.
