Iam Working Assistant Divisional Secretary in conflict affected division East Part of SriLanka,work with the grass root people divisional level management officer as A Government Employee for last 7 years. My Main Responsibilities are Implementation of Government Programs and Coordinating other Sectors' Activities,mostly Public Services relate with Welfare and Registration of Persons too.

On Last year i got a Japan Development Scholarship for Young Leaders Program in Regional Development and Poverty Alleviation. i Read The Masters in Public Policy and Social Research.

My Research interest is mainly focus on Gender and Economic Development in War Affected area in SriLanka, specially Gender and Economic Development.How can give better chance to the war affected areas' widows to enhance their economic opportunities for the betterment to their families.
