Mr. Sharjeel has five years of non-profit experience, is a young, energetic, well-motivated social researcher and development professional. He is the man of excellent Socio-technical mind and believes in participatory learning process and approach.
Sharjeel has conducted and participated many sessions voluntarily to promote volunteerism in Pakistan and aims to bring a positive reputation of his country through mobilizing the youth leadership in Pakistan, besides this, he has the honour to become the member of YOUTH PARLIAMENT PAKISTAN. Through these experiences, he has developed managerial and analytical skills, along with strong aptitude for planning, implementing and coordinating various projects. He has broad knowledge of community development, child rights, volunteer management, relief & recovery works, resource mobilization, capacity building, research, data collection and youth issues along with UDHR, UNCRC, and CEDAW etc and nation child related laws of Pakistan.
Currently working as a Provincial Coordinator in an NGO Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC) for the promotion and protection of the children.
