I am rajibaksha, MA in History from Jadavpur University. Now I am the North East India (covering Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh) Correspondent for Anandabazar Patrika (the highest circulated daily in India)
Before this, I worked for as Field Officer in a CRY project in the West Bengal GOVT. Juvenile Home Kishalaya and Juvenile Correction Home Dhruvashram. (Job responsibility included: Counseling, Mental mapping, Repatriation and Restoration, Theatre Therapy, advocacy with other Homes and GOVT. policy makers, taking regular classes in Homes. Teaching arts and crafts
I have worked for 2 years as a Programme Associate and Field Supervisor in Child In Need Institute, under the project named Demonstrating Comprehensive Young Peoples' Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights through South-South Collaboration, funded by Interact Worldwide, U.K.
• Conducted field based adolescent trainings.
BCC and Gender Workshops, Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health trainings, Counseling,
• Worked on the psychosocial changes and its effects on the Young People.
• Planning and implementation of YP Drop-in Centers.
• Worked in Sundarban for Photo Documentation on Safe Drinking water.
