I'm an Independent ADR Specialist and a Foreign Legal Consultant. I extend ADR services in US and India. With expertise in the field of labor, employment, and corporate laws, I have over ten years of experience in conflict resolution services, collective bargaining, as well as in contract negotiation. I'm also a lawyer from Indian jurisdiction and extend Foreign Legal Consulting services to Indian American clients and represent them in the Indian courts. I graduated from the California State University-Fullerton in Human Resources Management and has certification in basic and advanced conflict resolution.
I also volunteer conflict resolution through arbitration, mediation, and concilitiation in US and India.
