Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First Class BA Hons. in Politics. I studied conflict resolution, democratization, foreign policy and security studies – focusing my undergraduate dissertation on post-conflict failures in the Iraq war and modern counterinsurgency. During my time at Nottingham, I was President of the University Politics Society and acted as the representative for the School of Politics within the Students’ Union – working to improve assessment feedback and student-staff relations. In my second year I worked as a student ambassador in a local Nottingham secondary school teaching History. In the summer of 2008, I travelled to Israel and the West Bank to volunteer in Aida refugee camp outside Bethlehem where he worked with children at the Lajee Center alongside other international volunteers. I recently finished working at The Carter Center in the Conflict Resolution Program monitoring the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. I am now working as a Media and Communications Volunteer at Oxfam Ireland.

You are right, most of the positions in Kosovo has to do with law enforcement institutions...but you can always have a look at UNDP site, They do hold contracts with Ireland and other countries, who in return pay back their volunteers for different cluster positions at UNDP Kosovo.
I can take a look and let you know.
