I have worked for over two years with the Peacebuilding & Development Institute in Washington, DC, designing and coordinating a wide variety of trainings regarding issues on peacebuilding and conflict resolution.

In Abkhazia, I worked with HALO Trust--the demining organization there. Later in Georgia, I was a short-term consultant with IOM.

My master's thesis was on the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict, more specifically on the failure of third party efforts to facilitate a settlement.

hey patrik,a good event you guys have organized .i only wish i could attend but unfortunately i cant.i however have a great interest in your institute.
I come from Africa (Kenya) where clashes,war,civil strife are rampant causing massive loss of lives,displacement of people(refugees & internally displaced persons)causing many other disasters like famine ,diseases etc.i am really interested in having skills and proper mechanisms of handling the situation in this region and your institute is ideal for that.would you help me with in formation on how i can find a place in your institute to train?reply please.
