Patience kabamba commented on Firouzeh Afsharnia's blog post Ivory Coast: Sovereignty and the Price of ChocolateWow! This is quite impressive indeed. I am well vested with the Ford Family Program of Notre Dame. They did sponsor my visit to Notre Dame to attend the 3rd Human Development Conference that was held last winter. It indeed was an exciting experience having my paper presented at that international conference. Actually, Lacey had sometime back talked to me about you. What a coincidence! Are you in the fellowship with the Kroc Institute? If so, send my greetings to St Ville, Jill and Cathy-- staff members at Kroc. I will also very much appreciate to acquire your recent book on Heart of Darkness about the Congo. Finally, do not hesitate to send to me any interesting reading material (book, magazine, etc.) about our history and politics (especially Tomas Turner's Congo Wars) through Ford Family Office Uganda.
Looking forward to learning much from you.
With every best regard,
Dave
