1. Federal Republic of Germany, 1993 on a Humanitarian Campaign to solicit relief support for displaced people in Sierra Leone facilitated by UMC German Missionaries

2. Republic of Guinea, 1996-1998 conducted several fact-finding missions on the human rights and humanitarian state of affairs among Sierra Leonean Refugees.

3. Republic of Liberia, 1997-1998 initiated contacts with rebel groups and civilians trapped behind rebel lines, leading to their release and repatriation.
