What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I would like to participate in any debate that can help reduce or eradicate conflicts over the world. Also it will be an opportunity to bring my contribution and share my experience and knowledge as well as benefit from other members' experience and knowledge.

My educational background is in ICT and Management. I currently hold an Engineering Degree in ICT/Information systems and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management/Administration.

I have over 12 years of professional experience which gives me a variety of skills especially in the field of Education and Administration. I am one of the founders of a Higher Institute for vocational training in ICT and Management. This higher institute had been attributed in 1999 the National Oscar of Quality in recognition of the excellence of its training and services provided. I am currently living in London where I have gained a significant experience throughout the various enterprises I worked with.

I have a good knowledge of the educational system especially in a diverse and multicultural environment. I am fluent (speak , read and write) in four languages which are French, English, Arabic and Wolof and I have a good understanding of HalPulaar.
