I am Ms. Nirmala Paranavitana, Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka presently a Researcher/MPhil Candidate at the Australian National University. I am undertaking a research on "Women and Female ex-combatant in post conflict Sri Lanka: Challenges of implementing transitional Justice".
