Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Researching language policy and language rights issues in Polynesia motivated me to investigate means of conflict resolution in post-colonial contexts.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I received a B.A. in foreign languages and History from the Université Catholique de l’Ouest, France in 2005 and a Master of Arts in Second Language Studies from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2009, focusing on Language Policy. I am pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution at the Matsunaga Institute for Peace. My areas of interest include reconciliation, international law and Human Rights, Transitional Justice, the Responsibility to Protect (R2P), among others. I am currently in charge of the North Caucasus project at the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy.
