Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
My undergraduate studies in International Relations and my belief that a person can make a difference.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
After my undergraduate degree in International Relations (IR) and have taught several IR subjects at University level, namely 'International Negotiation' and 'International Organizations'. I also have a Master in Sociology and I am finishing a PhD in IR. I have written a few papers and articles on conflict prevention/resolution topics.

In the meantime, I have done a one-month course on Negotiation and Mediation and I have worked in the EU context (for a REPER, mostly within the Council) for almost 9 months.

Mostly 'theory' but would really like to invest time on real world practice.
