Working as Research Associate with Center for Policy and Human Development (CPHD/UNDP).

Center for Policy and Human Development (CPHD) is a quality research organization working on Afghanistan National Human Development Reports, based in Kabul University. CPHD aim is to conduct quality research to produce absolute applicable recommendations for the human development and HD approach in Afghanistan. Center for Policy and Human Development has successfully produced two human Development Reports on the theme of “Human Security” published in 2004 “Rule of law” in 2007. The third upcoming report will be focus on the theme of “water” for the year 2009/10.

Center for Policy and Human Development has constructed a base of linkages in all over 34 provinces of Afghanistan for the mutual cooperation, and organizational understanding with different stakeholders the United Nations (UN) agencies, NGOs, governmental institutions and organizations and with the common people of the country. Center for Policy and Human Development has access to all the social groups’ members of the country and has experienced good cooperational behavior from all the stakeholders. CPHD believes in mutual social interaction with all social groups for providing friendly and cooperative ground to the Human Development activities in Afghanistan though effective justice system in the country.
