What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Personal experience in the war in Kosovo.

Born in Kosovo , Working experience: Civil and Vota registration of Kosovo population organized by OSCE and UNMIK (JRT) , work with Council of Europe in first municipal elections in Kosovo 2000; Health Coordinator in a project of HealthNet International from The Netherlands , Implementation of the Reforms in a Mental Health System in Kosovo; Project Manager-Peace Consultant for Pax Christi Rottenburg Stuttgart and Forum ZFD , implementing peace projects , mediation and reconciliation processes and supporting return of IDP s .Same Activities I am continuing with PHRC also adding the component of Security
