Molly is currently completing her Master’s of Public Administration in International Management from Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California. Molly’s graduate research has focused on the nonprofit’s role in international development, human migration and refugee resettlement. She has consulted with the National Mongolian Human Rights Commission and the Mongolian Legislature’s Policy Analysis Institute on refugee and migration policy, has worked with United Nations Development Program on Mongolia's Millennium Development Goals Good Governance project, and has worked in Russia with women and children’s health and minority conflict resolution projects. Prior to entering graduate school Molly worked for two years as an assistant manager of refugee resettlement programs in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Arts from University of Northern Iowa in Russian Language and Women’s Studies.
