Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Over the past years in post war Sierra Leone the idea of teaching young people about responsibility roles, peace and Human Rights Education was never paid attention to and these young people were used to become perpetrators of Human Right abuses and Violations.

As an assiduous and enthusiastic Youth Leader I thought it fit to galvanize the efforts of these young people through by which there minds will be transformed from the culture of violence towards a culture of Peace and Non Violence so that the generation yet unborn will live and grow in a peaceful and developed nation and a nation were violence and war will cease to be acceptable.

Today, the Desire for sustainable peace to prevail on earth remains my aspirations.
