Mitsuaki Hirai is an NGO staff in Kenya. After graduating from UCLA School of Public Health, Hirai began to serve Village Hopecore International as Global Health Fellow/Public Health Program Coordinator. From August 2012, Hirai will pursue a DrPH in global health at George Washington University.
