I hold a Master's Degree in Conflict Management and would like to pursue a doctorate in International Conflict Management. My interest is in cross cultural conflict including the women's Peace Building movement in Africa and the Middle East. Currently I am a Rule 31 listed civil and family mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court. Recently I was part of a small facilitation team which applied new technology in a strategy to bring consensus on issues within a particular religious and social group. We managed over 140 participants and anticipate an impact on related groups across the country.
