Profile Information

Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I am finishing an MPhil in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation Studies with Trinity College Dublin | at Belfast (2013). My thesis will explore the perceptions of people in prison (primarily those serving life sentences) on the importance and possibilities of inter- and intrapersonal forgiveness.

I have a BA in History from Lipscomb University and received regional and national awards for my senior thesis comparing European colonialism and the Israeli Occupation.

I am the author of Letters from 'Apartheid Street': A Christian Peacemaker in Occupied Palestine. The book contains stories of the reality of Israeli occupation as well as reflections on how one faithfully practices Christian discipleship in such a context.

In the Fall 2013, I will be teaching "History and Politics of Forgiveness and Reconciliation" at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. And in the Spring 2014, I will co-teach a class on the competing histories and theologies of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
