Hi,

Apologies for contacting you in this informal way, but it was the only direct channel of communication I could find!

I am currently working on a PhD where I would very much like to include some of your views on the small arms projects in Kosovo.

Should you be available for a few question, I would really appreciate it if you would have the chance to get in touch with me.

Kind regards,

Simone Tholens
