We are a local association Communauté SEMER
We are a local association based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. SOWING community means Know Conduct engaged in economic decline.
We are working to develop the capacities of farmers and people living in rural and other remote and mid-peripheral organization of the DR Congo in different formations, which is consistent with peace, non violence, human rights
