Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Love for people, their lives and their stories. I want to belong to a peaceful world community. I strongly believe that there is enough room and resources on this planet to share. But we need to eliminate greed and increase understanding of each other's needs, understanding or each others' identities. Easier said than done....I work every day challenging views and asking questions such as: why do you think that all ....so and so are bad? Have you met anyone personally from that part of the world? No? Hm....then how do you know?
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I love working in a cross-cultural enviroment and meeting people from all over the world. My personal interests became my professional interests and these are: arts, languages and intercultural communication. I have a BA in Theatre Arts, a Master Degree in Intercultural Management and working on my second MA in teaching languages. The ultimate focus is to weave these skills in conflict prevention and peacebuilding.

365 Days of Peace a Year

In his address to the Peace Prayers Flags event participants, at the SIT Graduate Institute, Dr. Adam Weinberg, the SIT provost and World Learning vice president said that he was worried that there is just one day when we think about and celebrate Peace. He expressed his concern for what happens in the other 364 days of the year. We need to think and act for a peacefuld world every day. And as my colleague MacIvan Roger said 'if you don't help your neighbor when his house is on fire, yours will… Continue

Dear friend
Violance, war, conflicts, sufferings my desire to see world in peace and non violance has motivated me to join this network."Vasudev kutukbkam" entire world as a family, this was a teaching of our culture and traditional.we created countries, boundries, religions, cast, race for a genuine reason or a false reasons for any reason.but this the time to realise that we are one and we naturaly interconected with each other ,which we can just realise by watching inhale and exhale of breaths the source is same ,without any descrimanation, religion, bonundries, equaly for all living life of universe .When we understand this simple thing then we must understand how our and other's life is equaly important, valuble ,respectable .we should follow the nature's rule ,non violance .peace ,god has given us a human life not for destruction but for lookafter the wellbeing of all living life.
i shall be happy if you could include me in your circle of friends

Probabil voi ramane aici doi ani; lucrez mai mult in sud, in Juba, din cand in cand si in Khartoum unde sunt o parte din colegi.
Ai vreo legatura cu Africa / Sudan in munca ta?

Calde salutari (si la propriu :-)!
