- María Fitch is a specialist in peacebuilding and conflict resolution based in Caracas, Venezuela. She studied International Peace and Conflict Resolution at American University in Washington, DC. Maria works with the municipality of Chacao as a specialist in community level peacebuilding and as a consultant with the firm Cambridge International Consulting. Her latest projects include a private sector conflict management program designed to help supervisors and union representatives better resolve differences. In addition to consulting work, she teaches a class on conflict resolution to law students at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.
