I am very positive with your prime skills on conflict resolution field specially fund raising and diplomacy. I am a fresher to this conflict resolution field after obtaining degree in Peace and conflict Resolution.
According to the current situation in Srilanka, now over three year decades long war has come to the final stage while rooting out terrorism. Every ethnic group in Srilanka can be got one platform on behalf of peace in srilanka. So as I believe that this problem is not just conflict on ethnic tension but development and structural tensions cause to this conflict. But unfortunately, conflict was diverted as terrorism by LTTE.
Over the decades, Tamil civilian people who were under the clutches of LTTE had to face different types of obstacles and harassments. So now everything has been changed and need of hour is distribution of equal economic, political and other structural opportunities for Tamil speaking people and others.
I have an intention to carry out a project to uplift conflict affected people’s life and living status providing my fresh knowledge. So I hope your assistant and consultancy on this regards to design a project.
