Hello Madhu,
The photographs are from my trip to the West Bank in Palestine. It is the separation wall that is constructed by Israel. It is over 400 miles long and 25 feet high. It is a sad sight to witness and has effectively strangled the livelihood of the population who live in the occupied territories in Palestine. As a mother, I cannot help but feel a deep sorrow for the children who suffer daily from lack of nutrition, education, health care due to this creation. Pictures do not do it justice. I believe everyone must travel and see to understand the inhumanity of this wall.
