What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

The wars, the hatred, and intolerance against, misunderstandings, lack of attitute for coexistence, and mutual respect among members of same species (Homo sapiens) based on ethnic, religious and so many other grounds. And to contribute, whatever little I could, for attaining global peace and just world order.
