Highly creative and versatile Social Management professional with over ten years experience in Civil Society and Community Organizations (CSOs) and network development. Outstanding facilitator, she has developed projects and provided training and technical assistance in organizations and in different community settings. She has developed handbooks on inter institutional networking and organizational strengthening and evaluation. She has a University Degree in Social Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Social Networking. She is equally fluent in Spanish and English.

Designed, developed and tested Rendir Cuentas para Darse Cuenta – Autoevaluación para Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil (accountability and self-evaluation handbook for CSOs). This handbook / toolkit was built with a participatory approach, by means of group meetings and more than eighty interviews to social leaders, academics, donors and executive managers in six different regions in Argentina.
