Hello, Lisa:

Many talk about peace and peacebuilding in the abstract. Some (including Zelizer's book) quote you on peacebuilding. Your "little book" is the gold standard! I'm using this as a teaching tool for my students in a class called "From International Conflicts to Resolution and Peace" at DePaul University.

Best wishes to you, Lisa.

Dear Lisa, just wanted to say thank you for the USIP's Comprehensive Peace Plan for Afghanistan. It was a tremendous help as I worked on a project for my PhD class. Thank you for all the amazing work that you do!

Hi Lisa, Just saw the posting for designing a comprehensive peace process for Afghanistan. I'm eager to read it. And eager to get involved again on the ground.  All the projects that were proposed to the US embassy by USIP after the assessment I did with Emrys were de-funded; allegedly the pledged money had already been spent on "other things."  If you have any suggestion for ways I could (re-)join media development -- or other civil society -- programs, I'd appreciate your thoughts.   Cheers, Eran
