Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
We are motivated by the urgency and high destiny for each human to adopt a new quality of deep listening to one another and realize that "an enemy is one whose story we have not heard."
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
In 2009, we are part of a 16-year-old Jewish-Palestinian Living Room Dialogue preparing for our 205th meeting here on the San Francisco Peninsula.

In the 1980s, we helped found the Beyond War Movement, so have brought together Soviets and Americans, and Armenians and Azerbaijanis, as well as Palestinians and Israelis for successful communication.

Libby is a retired clinical social worker, Len a retired pediatric dentist. We are grateful parents to a fine daughter and son, and grandparents to two exceptional boys and now a beautiful girl.
