I am a Master of Arts candidate in Ethics, Peace, and Global Affairs at American University. I anticipate graduating in December 2012. I also received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies and Spanish from American University. I have internship background at the Embassy of Ecuador and the National Security Archive, as well as long-term volunteer experience with Free the Slaves. I am proficient in Spanish, fluent in English, and am currently learning Turkish. I look forward to landing a job soon after graduation.
