- The work that I have done with students and clients of all ages and background has shown me that all people are creative and contain within them the desire and ability to communicate with the rest of the world. That deep down inside all individuals look to make connections and feel understood is proof that if we just keep working on connecting people who do not understand each other we could break down predjudices and allow compassion to shine through. I have taught art studio courses infused with history to engage people in why humanity has chosen to work in different materials and the techniques that have been used. The work I have done with dance,yoga and meditation has been to help people connect with themselves and feel present in their bodies to work toward healing, understanding and self preservation. I love and believe in humanity no matter how tested my faith has been I cannot give up on human beings, we are all tested, all looking to survive and all in need of compassion.

- My research has been interweaving for many years consisting of ancient through modern history, cultures, anthropology,shamanism,the history of religions, metals/metal adornment, alchemy, natural healing and how it compliments modern medicine, meditation, yoga, weight training and nutrition
