Peace, I believe, is not the absence of conflict, but the ability of the people to deal with it imaginatively and creatively. I believe that there is always a peaceful answer to any conflict question. My organisation is STEP Trust, based in Delhi, India working with the objective of promoting a culture of peace. I work with youth and children of different age, design and conceptualizing curriculum, mobilize people, organizing conferences and workshop, managing administration including proposal writing, conducting workshop and training on issues like identities, gender, media literacy and other peace education related topics.
