I am Mission Talent Recruitment’s Senior Consultant for Africa, and specialise in senior level appointments in the nonprofit sector across the continent. My involvement in this sector stems from my passion to match specialised development needs with the best possible skills and expertise available.

I hold a Masters Degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an Honours Degree in International Relations from the University of Westminister. On completion of my masters dissertation research on educational reform in South Africa, I became active in the areas of governance, public participation, and management of natural resouces within a number of Southern African civil society organisations. As a result, I have developed a broad network of key contacts within national and international NGOs, multinational organisations, development finance institutions and national / regional governance structures.
