Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
As Rwandan, and because of the way my country suffered with many conflicts which lead 1994 genocide and as person who was born in exile because of conflicts consequncies. I feel to be responsible of Making peace and prevent violent conflicts in order to prevent others to meet same consequencies that we are experiencing and also to support those who are in trouble to have good solution of their differencies in Peaceful ways

My name is Sammy Kalisa I was born in Tanzania I am fifith son of bishop Kalisa George Wilson. I studied in Tanzania in primary school there after our family moved from Tanzania to Rwanda
I did my secondary school in Rwanda and went back to Tanzania and Zambia for my Higher education where I got BA in Journalism and did Diploma Program in Peace-Building and Conflict Tranisformation in Zambia after finishig my studies I came back to Rwanda where I worked in Government and International NGOs
I am single and nor any relationship

Project manager (Rwandans Allied for Peace and Progress) RAPP I am Managing Voices of health Project that deals to sensitise people on HIV/AIDS, Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health and Fight Stigmatisation against People Living with HIV/AIDS and also Supprting their cooperative with Income Generation Activities In Kigali City Rwanda
