•Experience managing research projects and consultancies related to peacekeeping & conflict resolution in more than 10 countries including South Sudan, Liberia and Colombia
•Broad knowledge of the UN system through working with and for UNDPKO and several humanitarian UN agencies
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills demonstrated through organizing and leading numerous international conferences
•Trained mediator with the New York Peace Institute
•Fluent in English, Spanish and Swedish

South Sudan - I conducted a local conflict research project in Jonglei, South Sudan using Dynamical Systems Theory. Awarded the Columbia University AC4 Interdisciplinary Faculty Research Award

Liberia - I conducted research for UNMIL/UNDP on “Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Community Relations and Statebuilding: The Mineral Extraction Sector in Liberia”. Operations

Colombia - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, I provided research, editing and auditing on demobilization of guerilla groups and paramilitaries to the UN report“Violence, Crime and Illicit Arms trafficking in Colombia”
