He is a MULTI-SKILLED graduate of Computer Science, Mathematics and Business Administration; trained & experienced in PROCUREMENT (as a Client and a Bidder); PROJECT & PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT; and ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT, gained over 25 years of leveraging his ICT and other skills in planning & implementing projects in various sectiors including socio-economics/finance; infrastructure/engineering (water, dams, roads and power sectors); research (grant award and management); environmental & social safeguards; aviation; & agriculture.

Holds a BSc (Majors: Computer Science & Mathematics; Minor: Business Administration). Also undertake numerous career development courses in project and program management.
