Jennifer is a recent international affairs graduate with a degree in International Politics and a Certificate in International Development from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. She is currently working as a Business Development Specialist for The Louis Berger Group’s Integrated Development Group, where she specializes in economic competitiveness, governance, and education program design and proposal development. She volunteers as an acculturation mentor for resettled refugees through the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy's Refugee Assistance Program, where she provides guidance and English tutoring to newly arrived refugee families.

Jennifer's main areas of interest are human security; refugee policy and protection; development economics; arts for social change and conflict resolution; and public health, with an emphasis on internally and externally displaced people.

Jennifer is proficient in Arabic and has traveled throughout the Middle East, Mexico, and the Philippines.
