Because I believe we can't get developed without an environment of peace

I'm a Senegalese working in a Christian organization involved in rural development. I did some trainings on counseling and conflict resolution in Nigeria and South Africa. I'm preparing a Masters on organizational leadership.

In Senegal wi'm working in a city called Thies (70km from Dakar the capital) but we are working in other 3 cities in Senegal.
