Dear Mr. Snoeks,
I am a graduate student in International Education at Stanford University, and am very interested in issues of blending peace education with conflict resolution. A friend of mine in this graduate program is currently working on a monograph about the DDR programs in Colombia and Sierra Leone, and I wondered if it might be possible for her to contact you, as she would be very much interested in your experiences and ideas on DDR. Thank you so much for your time, and I hope to hear from you! :)
