Over 10 years of experience working in projects and processes in post-conflict and developing countries, in the framework of Peace Building contexts. Complementary to my coordinating and planning knowledge and skills I have solid experience on working with tools that facilitate the design of conflict-sensitive strategic plans and policies in fragile communities. Experienced in negotiations and peace building processes, promotion of good governance, relocation of internally displaced communities, capacity building and learned lessons in other countries; Also in political analysis, research, advocacy and lobbying activities . My experience is supported by a Masters degree in International Cooperation, Public ethics and policies for the Development and democratization of Third World Countries and more recently by an Experts Degree in Rapid Co-operation and Assistance for Conflict Prevention Operations, Crisis Management and Post-conflict Rehabilitation -REACT

About me as a woman and a human being I can tell you that I consider my self with qualities such as: Highly developed sense of solidarity and common sense, responsible, committed and reliable, initiative taker, leadership skilled, quick and easy adaptation to new social and cultural context, feminist with cultural awareness preventing dogmatic positions.
