Hi, Dear Irene? I wish I could have met with you when I was travelling in the Great Region particularly in your country in regard to International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) matters. I am so happy that you are interested in capacity building. Actually I am in Dublin reading for an Mphil in Peace Studies. Hopefully we will work together. Welcome in the peace network. You will learn much here.
