- Ur Rehman - I'm pleased and honored that you have opted to become a "friend" - both in our RP:CV-Connect and via Craig Zelizer's group.
In my now nearly 1/2 Century of worldwide work in the field of CED, it's been a major part of my personal develoment & learning curve to see, up close and first hand, the key relationship in building and maintaining a productive, collaborative peace - between Races, Cultures, Linguistic & even Tribal/Clan groups &/or entire communities - & providing adequate/equally shared basic living resources. I've worked in parts of the world where fringe insurgent (aka "terrorist") rebellions have been turned around, by convincing para-military & even "hired gun" Mercenaries that they could achieve their goals better by working with and in behalf of people to meet their basic needs, Vs. always simply trying to frighten people into subjugation.
Drinkable water, fresh/edible food, shelter and basic health needs are primary amongst those basic needs. That's why the remaining years of whatever of my life span remains is dedicated to meeting those needs. I welcome involvement with ALL like minded people and groups, willing to coalesce around this basic premise, so eloquently stated by President Mandela.
[PS: No, I haven't yet had the anticipated pleasure of being in Pakistan; I've been to both the Indian & Arabian Sub-Continents; but look forward to getting there during a forthcoming opening of all Centralheh Asia to our new, non-chemical/toxic purification solution. The Pakistan government has already reviewed, tested & approved our product for use in their country; we're now intently searching for a capable distributor, also in Afghanistan. Please let me know if you can recommend anyone!]
