Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I am a Sierra Leonean by nationality and 9 years have just passed us by from our experience we had in our 10 years brutal civil war. I am also a social worker heading a CBO here in Sierra Leone, working in rural and remote communities where such issues do arises. Above all i am a 2nd year Bsc Hon. reading sociology at Njala university, with such network, one would feel very inspired to join the network. and for me every thing motivitated me especially the experience sharing!

My name is Ibrahim HK Shaid, first son in a family of 5 born 6th October, 1978. I am single and not yet have experience a child birth.
I am the National Coordinator for a CBO called Talented Young People Everywhere (TYPE) Sierra Leone.
I am also a 2nd year student at the Njala University reading Sociology (Bsc. Hon. Sociology)
