it is very glad to know that some one has positive approach to the things and some one is looking forward to light the lamp rather to curse the darkness.
in my humble view IT IS THE LEGISLATION where an individuals participation is very dificult and there is a need that the civil society shall have a sufcicient influence over on the legislation and the civil society shall have contribution and participation in exercising and imposing the writ of the state.
