What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I work in peace-building and conflict transformation field.

I have a Master's degree in Peace-building and Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University, VA, USA.

I have experiences working as a journalist, political anallyst and conflict transformation professional.
Please list the countries and/or regions in which you (or your organization) have direct and significant expertise
I am Nepal based but have travelled to countries in South Asia on short-term assignments. Along side Nepali, I also speak two other South Asian languages i.e. Hindi and Urdu.
