- I am an independent trainer whose focus is on building the capacity of non-profit organizations and social movements through training and education.
I have trained hundreds of activists and NGO workers in the US, Southeast Asia and the Middle East in peacebuilding, political activism, campaigning, and TOT (training of trainers).
My approach and methodology is based on principles of experiential and participatory learning. Every workshop I do is individually tailored and designed to the needs of the organization.
In addition, I also write and design curriculum, and provide consulting to other training organizations in program design, management, and strategic planning.
Some of the organizations that I have provided trainings and consultancies for are the Foreign Affairs Training program, the Network on Environment and Economic Development-Burma, the International Women’s Partnership for Peace and Justice, the Women’s League of Burma, EarthRights International, and the Mekong Peace Journey.
I am based in Chiang Mai, Thailand but available to travel internationally for trainings and consultancies.
