I am Hadji Albancis Balajadia. I am currently a full-time Faculty at a Jesuit University of the Ateneo de Davao of the Psychology Department. I have been teaching in the last 9 years and has been into active involvements with wide array of peace, human rights, and youth empowerment oriented and serving organizations such as the Mindanao Young Leaders Parliament, Youth for A First World Initiative, Mindanao Youth Peace Conference, 6th National Youth Parliament, National Confedaration of Youth Advocates.

As a faculty and social activist, my interests includes social-political and critical psychology, peace, conflict resolution and youth and community development and empowerment with special emphasis on Christian-Muslims-Indigenous Interfaith and inter-cultural dialogue and other marginalized sectors. Extrajudicial Killings have also caught my research and advocacy interest recently, with the imminent presence of which in our city, Davao.

I am into University Teaching and Community Organizing. Currently, I am about to defend my master's thesis on Extrajudicial Killings in the Philippines. I am seriously considering to accept a project that would document cases of Extrajudicial Killings of Journalists, Indigenous Leaders, Social Activists in the context of Insurgency
