Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
• Young professional with four years of administrative, program, and communications experience in civil society society organizations; education in economics with focus on global policy, and youth engagement. Began working internationally with field research in Jerusalem, Gaza, and Ramallah during university and continued after graduation.
• Seeking entry level program position in the Middle East or New York with a focus on gender mainstreaming, economics, or youth.

Currently a Program Assistant for AFSC:
• Collecting and synthesizing data from the field to assess the role of AFSC's Gaza youth program in changing perceptions of gender amongst project beneficiaries. The resulting report will recommend best practices for empowering women within the Gaza context.

• The only international with access to all of AFSC's offices (aside from Middle East Regional Director). A main ongoing task has been to increase flow of information and best practices between West Bank, Gaza, and Jerusalem. Spending equal amounts of time in each office has expanded ability to work efficiently under intense pressure and think broadly about regional practices and planning.
